Polish photographer, Aleksandra Phillips, studied photography in her home country and in the UK, where she graduated from Blake College, London.

Inspired by the beauty that can be found in everyday objects, Alek’s lens turns the familiar into contemporary images.

Whilst the images she creates bear little resmblance to their original form, Aleks does not use any computer aided techniques to produce the finished article. The final image is prduced through the photographer and camera alone, often involving motion of camera, rather then subject, to create images alive with the moment.
